About the Sound Bath Experience

This virtual sound bath is a guided experience created to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and supportive.

You don’t need to clear your schedule for hours or step away from your life to benefit from it. This is a space you can enter exactly as you are—whether you’ve had a long day, feel mentally overwhelmed, or simply need a moment to breathe.

Through calming sound and gentle guidance, you’ll be supported in settling your mind, relaxing your body, and returning to a more grounded, steady state.

There’s nothing you need to do, fix, or figure out.

Just show up, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive the experience.

  • You’ll begin with a gentle guided arrival to help you settle in and shift out of the pace of your day. From there, you’ll be guided through a live sound experience designed to support deep relaxation and stillness. There will be space at the end to slowly return and integrate the experience.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can sit in a chair or lay down—whatever feels best for your body. Headphones are optional but recommended for a more immersive experience.

    You may also want to have a journal and pen nearby if you feel called to reflect afterward, along with water, tea, or anything that helps you feel supported and at ease.
